About Me
I am a relational and experiential therapist specializing in group therapy, couples work, and individual therapy. My approach is grounded in modern attachment theory, relational neuroscience, and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens in relationships, and group therapy provides a unique space to safely explore patterns, deepen emotional awareness, and build more meaningful connections.
Group work offers a rare opportunity to experiment with self-expression, gain real-time relational insight, and experience growth in ways everyday life rarely allows. I strive to create an environment where all aspects of your identity are met with acceptance, curiosity, and validation.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years in public policy—15 of them leading a D.C. office for a communications provider. For the past decade, I’ve studied modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom traditions, translating these insights into collaborative, transformative therapy. Committed to lifelong learning, I participate in weekly supervision and consultation to refine my clinical skills. My goal is to help clients break free from unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and build the connections that make life richer and more fulfilling.
