About Me
I lead insight-oriented psychotherapy groups for adults who are interested in having better relationships and better lives. When group members come together to talk and learn about their thoughts and feelings in the presence of others, a unique and powerful opportunity develops for growth and change. I have a certificate in Modern Group Leadership from the Center for Group Studies in New York City and I serve on its faculty. I am Board Certified in Group Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. I am an active member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
