Group 1 Information

Group 1 Title
Mindfulness Class: Skills for Nervous System Regulation
Group 1 Description
This series helps you to understand that regulation is not a skill to achieve but a rhythm to return to.

Using the frameworks of Polyvagal Theory, somatic mindfulness, and self-compassion, participants will explore the inner architecture of their own regulation system—how to recognize physiological states, meet stress with awareness, and invite the body back into safety and connection.

Each week builds on the next, weaving together psychoeducation, somatic practice, and reflection. The goal is to give participants both understanding and access—to experience what it feels like to live in dialogue with their nervous system.
