Join a 12 week Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) Therapy Campaign for adults in Austin!

This particular group will center themes of anxiety and depression.

Welcome, traveler! I’m partnering with a Counseling Intern, Jim Barton, to co-lead an in-person group in the heart of Austin. Together, we'll adventure into unknown territories, witness metaphors hit home, and navigate conflict in a safe space.

Unmasked: Neurodivergent Process Group
Group 2 Description
This interpersonal process group is designed for neurodivergent adults who want to explore identity, connection, and emotional safety in community.
We’ll use the relationships within group to practice being more fully ourselves—messy, brilliant, and curious. That includes learning how to unmask, communicate through conflict, and build more authentic relationships.

It’s not a friend group, it’s a special circle—between personal and community—where experimentation is welcomed. Where feedback is real. Where growth can happen.
