About Me
Originally from Baltimore, I moved to Austin in 1995 to attend UT for undergrad.
After college I went back to the East Coast for several years, during which time I earned my MSSW at Columbia University.
I have been back in Austin since 2008 and love my University Hills neighborhood.

Before going into private practice full time in 2012, my professional career was spent entirely in non-profits.

I work with individuals, couples, groups, provide consultation to therapists, and clinical supervision to LMSWs.
I especially enjoy helping new therapists build their private practices.

I'm an avid music fan, pop culture nerd, and love reading. Challenge me with a trivia question!

Process Oriented Training Group for Therapists
Group 1 Description
- Established July 2023

- Meets Every Tuesday

– 9:30am - 10:45am

– Cost: $60 per session, to be paid on a monthly basis (average cost is $240 per month)

– Group Size – 5 to 8

– A unique environment in which you can be a little professional, a little process-y, and completely yourself.

Please Note: Because this is not a therapy group and we’re mostly virtual, this opportunity is open to any mental health professional who has completed graduate school and can make occasional trips to Austin.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation Group
Group 2 Description
Coming in 2026! I am currently accepting applicants for a new supervision and consultation group.

This small, in-person cohort will be a mix of LMSWs on a clinical supervision track, and fully licensed professionals seeking ongoing consultation.
We'll meet every other Thursday, providing a total of 3 supervision hours per month. (Members under supervision will meet with me individually once a month to meet the BHEC required 4 hours per month.)

We'll staff cases, discuss theory, work on building our businesses, explore countertransference, read scholarly materials, provide mutual support and share knowledge.
