About Me
Jeff Hudson began practicing group psychotherapy in Austin in 1992. He is a Certified Group Psychotherapist, a Fellow of the American Group Psychotherapy Association, and a graduate of The Center for Group Studies in New York City. A frequent presenter on group psychotherapy across the country, his practice includes both solo and co-leadership of therapy and training groups. Jeff has served as President of the Austin Group Psychotherapy Society and two terms as Vice Chair of the Group Foundation for Advancing Mental Health. Jeff strongly believes that group membership is important for a group therapist's professional and personal development. As such he has been a member of an ongoing, weekly psychotherapy group since 1988 and of a Modern Psychoanalytic training group since 2000.
