This is an ongoing group for individuals who struggle with shock trauma and developmental/preverbal trauma. Members struggle with nameless dread and relentless despair. Median age is 5 but members range from26 to 83.

Grief Hurts
Group 2 Description
This is a group for people who wish to process grief. Since the Austin Since the Center for Grief was closed in 2025 there is little available for folks who have lost someone to death or dementia, which is its own form of death by a thousand cuts. I hope this group will be open ended and available to all individuals struggling with loss. The group is on Zoom so noone has to drive anywhere when they are already overwhelmed.
