Groups: All

Wondering how to find the group that is right for you? If you are in individual therapy, you might start by discussing options with your therapist. Look over the listings on our website and consider the options. You will find gender-specific groups, mixed gender groups, topical groups, process groups, and groups with different leader approaches. Use our glossary of terms to help you understand the differences. You can also visit individual therapist’s websites for more information. Choose a few groups that interest you and fit your schedule, and call the therapists listed for more information. If their groups are not right for you, they can probably offer suggestions to help you find a good fit. The therapist will tell you what to do next, but it will almost always include meeting individually one or more times before starting the group.

All of our groups have members of great diversity. Those who identify as LGBTQ are welcome. All of our groups have been going for four years or longer and we encourage people to consider this a longer term commitment in order to better explore the relationship dynamics that affect your outside relationships. Michelle works with creative and artistic people including professional artists (actors, writers, film makers, etc...) and highly intuitive people wanting better relationships and less inner conflict. We suggest three consultative meetings to explore which group is most appropriate for you. Please call to arrange an initial consultation.
